Double Decker Tent
A double-decker tent, also known as a two-story tent, provides dual-level activity space within the same ground area. It offers a large and luxurious space with a better view from the second floor. It creates an enhanced visual experience for customers. Whether it’s used for festivals, celebrations, conferences, or sports events such as football, golf, tennis, equestrian, horse racing, or any other type of competition.
The frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy 6061/T6. It has a hardness of HW ≥ 15 with a surface oxidation and a film thickness of over 10um. The tensile strength is 260Mpa, yield strength is 240Mpa, and elongation rate is 10%.
High-quality canopy material
The roof canopy of the tent is made of advanced white shade double-sided PVC synthetic fiber fabric. It undergoes pre-stretching treatment and tightly connects to the aluminum alloy frame. This material completely blocks ultraviolet rays and is waterproof. The fabric thickness is 0.76mm, weight is 750g/m², tensile strength (warp/weft) is 3553/2939 N/5cm, tear strength (warp/weft) is 462/348 N, and peeling strength (warp/weft) is 118/116 N/5cm. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from -30°C to +70°C.
Product quality system TUV certification
Our company has obtained ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification (TUV certification from TÜV Rheinland, Germany) and C&S certification for wind resistance in Australia. The tent meets international safety standards in terms of material processing, wind resistance, fire resistance, and other safety and stability aspects. The flame retardancy of the fabric and side curtains meets the national B1 level, Germany’s DIN4102, and European M2 level standards, with a maximum wind resistance of level 8.
