The double decker tent, also known as a two-story tent, provides dual activity spaces within the same ground area, offering a spacious and luxurious setting with superior second-floor views. It creates an enhanced visual experience for customers, whether utilized in festive celebrations, conferences, or sports events such as football, golf, tennis, equestrian, horse racing, or any other type of competition.
High-Strength Aluminum Alloy 6061/T6 Frame
The support structure is constructed using high-strength aluminum alloy 6061/T6, with a hardness of HW≥15 and surface oxidation. The membrane has a thickness of over 10um, a tensile strength of 260Mpa, a yield strength of 240Mpa, and an elongation rate of 10%.
The tent roof fabric employs state-of-the-art white light-shielding double-sided PVC synthetic fiber cloth, pre-stretched and tightly connected to the aluminum alloy frame. This material completely blocks ultraviolet rays and is waterproof. The fabric has a thickness of 0.76mm, weighing 750g/m², with a tensile strength (warp/weft) of 3553/2939 N/5cm, tear strength (warp/weft) of 462/348 N, and peel strength (warp/weft) of 118/116 N/5cm. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from -30°C to +70°C.

Our company has obtained ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification from TUV Rheinland in Germany, as well as the C&S wind-resistant certification for structural integrity in Australia. Our tent structures meet international safety standards in terms of material processing, wind resistance, and fire performance. The tent fabric and surrounding curtains comply with national B1 level, German DIN4102, and European M2 level fire resistance standards, with a maximum wind resistance of level 8.
