Aluminum Frame Exhibition Tent Tienda de Exhibición
The exhibition tent structure utilizes high strength 6061/T6 aluminum alloy for the support frames. The aluminum alloy has a hardness of HW≥15, with an oxidized surface finish and thickness of over 10um. It has a tensile strength of 260Mpa, yield strength of 240Mpa, and elongation rate of 10%.
A high quality tent fabric is used for the roofing material. The double-sided PVC-coated polyester fabric is prestretched and tightly stretched over the aluminum frames once connected. This material completely blocks ultraviolet rays and is waterproof. The fabric thickness is 0.76mm with a weight of 750g/m2. Its tensile strength in warp/weft directions is 3553/2939 N/5cm, tear strength in warp/weft is 462/348 N, and peel strength in warp/weft is 118/116N/5cm. It can withstand temperatures between -30°C to +70°C.
- General Details
The company has obtained TUV certification in accordance with the ISO9001:2008 quality management system (awarded by TUV Rheinland in Germany). It also holds the C&S structural wind resistance certificate from Australia. The tent meets international safety standards in terms of materials, manufacturing process, wind resistance, fire resistance and stability. The tent fabric and side curtains have reached B1-class flame retardancy according to national standards, DIN4102 in Germany and M2-class in Europe. The maximum wind resistance is rated at 8 on the Beaufort scale.
